14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any item for a full refund, no questions asked. This is your legal right under EU Directive 2011/83.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll send you a return confirmation and instructions.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Ship it to the address provided in your return confirmation.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
Original packaging should be included when possible
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless item is defective)
Refund is issued to the original payment method
Exceptions
Helmets: Cannot be returned once the protective seal/visor sticker has been broken. This is a safety regulation — an opened helmet cannot be verified as undamaged.
Defective items: If you receive a defective product, we cover all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Warranty
All products come with the EU legal guarantee of conformity — a minimum of 2 years from date of purchase. If a product develops a defect within this period, contact [email protected] and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Model Withdrawal Form
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, Annex I(B), we provide the following standard withdrawal form. You may use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal, but it is not obligatory.
