1. Scope & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the website https://moto-deals.eu, operated by V Trade Enterprise S.R.L., CUI 43845432, J40/1388/2021, Str. Posada 22, Sector 5, București 051412, România. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We sell motorcycle gear and accessories to consumers within the European Union.

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are displayed in RON (Romanian Leu) and include 19% TVA (VAT)
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price at the time of order placement applies
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit card). We do not store your card details.

3. Shipping

We ship to all EU member states. Shipping costs depend on the destination:

• Romania: 15 RON (3–5 business days)
• Central Europe (HU, BG, PL, CZ, SK, AT): 25 RON (5–7 business days)
• Western Europe (DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, BE): 30 RON (5–7 business days)
• Rest of EU: 35 RON (7–10 business days)

Free shipping on orders over 250 RON. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Ordinance 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement (e.g. email) to [email protected] with your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Stripe)
• Helmets cannot be returned once the protective seal has been broken, for hygiene and safety reasons

6. Product Information

We make every effort to display product information and images accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product specifications are provided by manufacturers and may be subject to change.

7. Legal Guarantee

All products benefit from the EU legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum of 2 years from delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771. If a product is not in conformity, contact us at [email protected].

8. Liability

V Trade Enterprise S.R.L. is liable in accordance with applicable Romanian and EU law. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. For consumers residing in other EU member states, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence shall also apply, where more favourable.
